Welcome to the AngelSense Support Center

Device Buttons (GPS 1)

Note: GPS 2  guidance is available here

The buttons are for future use and special troubleshooting operations. In normal operation you do not need to use the buttons.

Please refrain from a long press on any of the buttons as it may interrupt the operation of the device.

The SOS/call buttons can be used to validate the device is on. A short press on any of them will light up both LEDs.

The small button on the left side of the device by the USB port is the power button. It is recommended to keep the device on at all times as powering off requires some time for the GPS to lock on location, especially when indoors.

COMING SOON!

If you have the AngelCall Request feature activated, pressing these buttons can also send a notification that your child is requesting a call from you.

When using AngelCall, the volume buttons will turn the speaker volume up or down, otherwise these buttons are not active.

When using AngelCall or Listen-In, the front SOS/call buttons can be pressed to hang up the call.

NOTE: When purchasing your AngelSense Kit, if no device is chosen the default device is the GPS 2 device.
