AngelCall going through as Listen-In

If you make an AngelCall and your child does not hear you, it may be that the call went through as a Listen-In call, which happens sometimes due to poor cellular reception. Please try again and if this issue persists try AngelCall in an area with good cellular reception to assure this is the issue.

NOTE: For the GPS 1 device, we are gradually updating the devices. In order to see these features in your app, please verify that you are using app version 1.1.3 and that your device has software version G3.EY.056. This is currently only available on the web app and Android apps. It will soon also be available on iOS apps
